These Watches & Jewelry Draw Terms (“Watches & Jewelry Draw Rules”) apply to all DreamDraw prize draws where the prize is a watch or piece of jewellery (“Item”), regardless of brand, material, design, or value.

These Rules must be read together with and are subject to:

• the General Terms & Conditions, and

• the applicable Prize Details page for the relevant Draw.

In the event of any conflict, the Prize Details and/or General Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

1. Scope and Structure

1.1 These Watches & Jewelry Draw Rules establish the general legal framework for all prize draws involving watches or jewellery.

1.2 These Rules are intentionally item-agnostic and do not describe any specific watch or jewellery piece.

1.3 All item-specific information — including brand, model, materials, specifications, condition, imagery and stated value — is provided exclusively on the relevant Prize Details page.

2. Legal Nature of the Draws

2.1 Watches & Jewelry Draws are operated as lawful prize draws or prize competitions in accordance with applicable UK law and consumer protection requirements.

2.2 Where a Draw is based on chance, DreamDraw provides a genuine Free Entry Route that is treated equally to paid entry.

2.3 Participation does not constitute gambling services, investment advice or a guarantee of resale value.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Participation is open only to individuals who:

• are 18 years of age or older,

• participate in their personal capacity,

• are legally permitted to participate under the laws of their country of residence.

3.2 Employees, agents, contractors of DreamDraw and their household members, as well as anyone involved in operating the Draw, are excluded.

3.3 DreamDraw reserves the right to restrict participation from certain jurisdictions where such prize draws are prohibited or impractical.

4. Entry Methods

4.1 Entry is available via:

• Paid Entry, and

• a Free Entry Route, as described on the Draw page.

4.2 Paid and Free Entries are treated equally, with the same chance of winning per valid entry.

4.3 Entry limits may apply and are stated on the relevant Draw page.

5. Entry Validity

5.1 Only Entries that comply with:

• these Watches & Jewelry Draw Rules,

• the General Terms & Conditions, and

• the applicable Prize Details
  will be considered valid.

5.2 Incomplete, late, duplicate or non-compliant Entries are invalid.

5.3 DreamDraw’s records are final in determining Entry validity, subject to fairness and applicable law.

6. Prize Description and Presentation

6.1 The prize is a watch or piece of jewellery, as described exclusively on the applicable Prize Details page.

6.2 Images shown in connection with a Draw are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.3 The awarded Item will match the written description and specifications provided to the winner.

7. Prize Value and Transparency

7.1 The stated prize value for each Draw is defined on the applicable Prize Details page.

7.2 The stated value is provided for transparency and for determining any available cash alternative.

7.3 Market values of watches and jewellery may fluctuate; DreamDraw does not guarantee future resale value or appreciation.

8. Cash Alternative / Cash Settlement

8.1 Subject to verification and where permitted by law, a cash alternative may be offered instead of the Item.

8.2 The availability, amount and conditions of any cash alternative are defined exclusively on the applicable Prize Details page.

8.3 The prize is not reduced or substituted based on ticket sales unless clearly and lawfully stated in advance.

9. Delivery, Insurance and Responsibilities

9.1 The delivery method and location are defined on the Prize Details page.

9.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• shipping and delivery are insured until handover,

• the winner is responsible for any ongoing insurance after delivery,

• customs duties, import taxes and local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.

9.3 DreamDraw is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

10. Winner Selection and Verification

10.1 Winners are selected fairly from all valid Entries using the method described for the Draw.

10.2 Winners must complete identity and eligibility verification before a prize is awarded.

10.3 Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.

11. Inability to Accept the Prize

11.1 If a winner cannot lawfully receive or retain the Item in their jurisdiction, DreamDraw may offer a cash alternative where permitted.

11.2 If no lawful solution is possible within a reasonable timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected as a last resort.

12. Cancellation and Amendments

12.1 DreamDraw may cancel, suspend or amend a Draw only where necessary for legitimate reasons, including legal compliance, fraud prevention or serious technical failure.

12.2 If a Draw is cancelled, Paid Entries will be refunded in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

13. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

13.1 Any attempt to manipulate a Draw, use automated systems or circumvent entry limits may result in disqualification.

13.2 DreamDraw will act reasonably, proportionately and fairly when enforcing these Rules.

14. Data Protection

14.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with DreamDraw’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

14.2 Additional personal data may be required for winner verification and delivery.

16. Governing Law
