These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website dreamdraws.eu, all related services, and participation in any prize draw, competition, promotional campaign or similar activity (collectively referred to as “Draws”) operated by DreamDraw Group Ltd. (“DreamDraw”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms apply to all Draws operated by DreamDraw unless explicitly replaced or supplemented by specific rules published for an individual Draw (“Specific Draw Rules”).
In the event of any inconsistency between these General Terms & Conditions and any Specific Draw Rules, the Specific Draw Rules shall prevail.

DreamDraw is the promoter and operator of all Draws unless otherwise stated.
2. Definitions and Interpretation
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“Draw” means any prize draw, competition or promotional activity operated by DreamDraw.

“Prize” means any item, service, experience or monetary alternative offered as part of a Draw.

“Entry” means a valid participation submitted in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Specific Draw Rules.

“Paid Entry” means an Entry made by paying the stated entry fee.

“Free Entry Route” means a genuine, accessible and legally compliant free method of entry.

“Participant” / “Entrant” means any individual who submits an Entry.

“Specific Draw Rules” means the rules published for a particular Draw, including prize details, entry methods, dates, limits and winner selection.
Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.
3. Scope and Acceptance
3.1 By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in a Draw, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
3.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in any Draw or use the website for such purposes.
3.3 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DreamDraw.
4. Legal Nature of the Draws
4.1 DreamDraw operates its Draws as lawful prize draws or prize competitions intended to comply with the UK Gambling Act 2005.
4.2 Where a Draw involves chance, a Free Entry Route is provided to ensure that participation is not conditional upon payment.
4.3 Where a Draw is structured as a competition, it may include a skill, knowledge or judgment-based element sufficient to remove it from the definition of a lottery.
4.4 DreamDraw does not operate gambling services and does not require a gambling licence, provided the Draws are operated in accordance with applicable law.
4.5 Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to ensure that participation is lawful in their country of residence.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Participation is open only to individuals who:

are at least 18 years of age,

are acting in their personal capacity,

are legally permitted to participate under applicable laws,

comply with these Terms and the Specific Draw Rules.
5.2 The following persons are excluded unless explicitly permitted:

employees, directors, officers, consultants or agents of DreamDraw,

immediate family members or household members of such persons,
-
any person suspected of fraud, manipulation or abuse.
5.3 DreamDraw reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and eligibility at any time, particularly prior to awarding a Prize.
6. Accounts, Accuracy and Security
6.1 Participants may be required to create an account. All information provided must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
6.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
6.3 DreamDraw shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard account information.
7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
7.1 Participants must not:

create multiple accounts to bypass entry limits,
-
use bots, scripts or automated systems,
-
exploit errors or vulnerabilities,
-
interfere with the fairness or integrity of a Draw.
7.2 DreamDraw reserves the right to suspend accounts, invalidate Entries or disqualify Participants where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
8. Entry Methods
8.1 Paid Entry
Paid Entry is available via the methods, prices and limits stated in the Specific Draw Rules. An Entry is valid only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
8.2 Free Entry Route
Each Draw includes a clearly defined Free Entry Route.
Free Entries:
-
are treated equally to Paid Entries,
-
have the same chance of winning,
-
must comply with the stated requirements and deadlines.
Incomplete, illegible or late Free Entries are invalid.
9. Entry Validity and Limits
9.1 Entries must be received within the stated entry period.
9.2 Entry limits may apply per person, account or household and will be clearly stated.
9.3 DreamDraw’s systems and records shall be final in determining the validity of Entries.
10. Prizes
10.1 Prize details are described in the Specific Draw Rules.
10.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless expressly stated otherwise.
10.3 If a Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond DreamDraw’s control, a substitute Prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative may be offered where permitted.
10.4 Any taxes, customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
11. Draw Closing and Winner Selection
11.1 Each Draw has a clearly defined closing date and winner selection method.
11.2 Winners are selected fairly in accordance with the published rules.
11.3 DreamDraw maintains appropriate records to demonstrate transparency and integrity.
12. Winner Notification and Verification
12.1 Winners are notified using the contact details provided.
12.2 Winners must respond within the stated claim period and provide required verification.
12.3 Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternative winner.
13. Publicity
13.1 DreamDraw may publish limited winner information (e.g. first name and country) for transparency purposes.
13.2 Any additional promotional use requires explicit consent.
14. Payments, Refunds and Draw Cancellation
14.1 Paid Entry fees are non-refundable once an Entry is confirmed, except where required by law.
14.2 DreamDraw may cancel, suspend or amend a Draw due to technical, legal or operational reasons.
14.3 Where a Draw is cancelled, Paid Entry fees will be refunded unless an alternative is offered and accepted.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the website is owned by or licensed to DreamDraw and may not be used without prior written permission.
17. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

18. Technical Issues
DreamDraw is not responsible for Entries affected by technical failures beyond its reasonable control but may take corrective action to ensure fairness.
19. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, DreamDraw’s liability is limited to foreseeable losses arising directly from breach.
20. Fraud and Disqualification
DreamDraw reserves the right to disqualify Participants and withhold or revoke Prizes where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
22. Changes to These Terms
DreamDraw may update these Terms from time to time.
The version applicable is the one in force at the time of Entry.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
24. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
