These Cash Prize Draw Terms (“Cash Draw Rules”) apply to all DreamDraw prize draws where the prize consists of a cash amount (“Cash Prize”).
These Rules must be read together with and are subject to:

the General Terms & Conditions, and
-
the applicable Prize Details page.
In the event of any conflict, the Prize Details and/or General Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
1. Scope and Structure of Cash Prize Draws
1.1 These Cash Draw Rules establish the legal and operational framework for DreamDraw prize draws offering cash prizes.
1.2 Each Cash Prize Draw is a standalone monthly draw and is not part of a continuous or accumulating lottery.
1.3 Cash Prize Draws are not gambling services, not investment products, and not savings schemes.
1.4 Participation does not create any expectation of profit, return, or guaranteed outcome.
2. Monthly Draw Cycle
2.1 Each Cash Prize Draw:
-
opens on the first calendar day of a month, and
-
closes on the last calendar day of the same month.
2.2 The winner selection takes place on the final calendar day of the month, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
2.3 Each monthly Cash Prize Draw is independent. Entries do not carry over to subsequent months.
3. Legal Nature and Compliance Position
3.1 Cash Prize Draws are operated as lawful prize draws in accordance with applicable UK law.
3.2 Where a Draw involves chance, DreamDraw provides a genuine Free Entry Route that is treated equally to Paid Entry.
3.3 These Cash Prize Draws are structured to avoid classification as a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005, including:

no mandatory payment to participate, and
-
no rollover or accumulation mechanism typical of lotteries.
3.4 Nothing in these Rules constitutes gambling services or financial promotion.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Participation is open only to individuals who:

are 18 years of age or older,
-
participate in their personal capacity,
-
are legally permitted to participate under the laws of their country of residence.
4.2 Employees, agents, contractors of DreamDraw and their household members, as well as anyone involved in operating a Cash Prize Draw, are excluded.
4.3 Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where cash prize promotions are prohibited or impractical.
5. Entry Methods
5.1 Entry into a Cash Prize Draw is available via:
-
Paid Entry, and
-
a Free Entry Route, as described on the Draw page.
5.2 Paid and Free Entries are treated equally, with the same chance of winning per valid entry.
5.3 Entry limits may apply per person, account or household and will be stated on the Draw page.
6. Cash Prize Amount and Target Value
6.1 The Cash Prize amount for each Draw is stated on the applicable Prize Details page.
6.2 DreamDraw may define a target prize amount, which may be up to £10,000,000 (ten million pounds sterling).
6.3 Any stated target amount:
-
represents an intended prize level or upper limit,
-
does not constitute a guarantee that such amount will be awarded in a specific month, and
-
does not imply accumulation, rollover, or carry-forward of funds between Draws.
6.4 The actual Cash Prize awarded for a given Draw is the amount explicitly stated for that Draw in the Prize Details.
7. No Rollover / No Accumulation
7.1 Cash Prize Draws do not operate with jackpot rollovers, snowballing, or fund accumulation mechanisms typical of lotteries.
7.2 If a Cash Prize is not awarded for any reason in a given Draw (e.g. no valid entries, disqualification), that Draw concludes and does not increase future prize amounts unless explicitly and lawfully stated.
8. Winner Selection and Verification
8.1 Winners are selected fairly from all valid Entries using the method described on the Draw page.
8.2 Winners must complete identity, age and eligibility verification before any Cash Prize is paid.
8.3 Verification may include anti-fraud, sanctions screening, and payment compliance checks.
8.4 Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.
9. Payment of the Cash Prize
9.1 Cash Prizes are paid by bank transfer to an account held in the verified winner’s name.
9.2 Payments are made within [X] business days following successful verification and prize acceptance.
9.3 DreamDraw is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking details, compliance checks, or third-party financial institutions.
10. Taxes and Financial Responsibility
10.1 Cash Prizes are awarded gross unless otherwise stated.
10.2 Winners are solely responsible for:

declaring the Cash Prize to tax authorities where required, and
-
paying any taxes, duties or charges applicable in their jurisdiction.
10.3 DreamDraw does not provide tax, legal or financial advice.
11. Transparency and Records
11.1 DreamDraw maintains appropriate records of:
-
valid Entries,
-
winner selection processes, and
-
prize payments.
11.2 Limited winner information may be published for transparency, subject to data protection law.
12. Cancellation, Amendments and Technical Issues
12.1 DreamDraw may cancel, suspend or amend a Cash Prize Draw only where necessary for legitimate reasons, including legal compliance, fraud prevention or serious technical failure.
12.2 If a Cash Prize Draw is cancelled, Paid Entries will be refunded in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
12.3 Any material changes will be communicated clearly and transparently.
13. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
13.1 Any attempt to manipulate a Cash Prize Draw, use automated systems, or circumvent entry limits may result in disqualification.
13.2 DreamDraw will act reasonably, proportionately and fairly when enforcing these Rules.
14. Data Protection
14.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with DreamDraw’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
14.2 Additional personal data may be required for verification and payment of Cash Prizes.

Complaints relating to a Cash Prize Draw may be submitted to:

16. Governing Law
These Cash Draw Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
