7) Prize Value, Valuation and Transparency
7.1 Stated Prize Value: [INSERT amount and currency].
7.2 Basis: The stated value is based on [independent valuation / market appraisal / recent listing], dated [INSERT].
7.3 Property values can fluctuate; the stated value is a reference for transparency and for any cash alternative provisions in Section 8.
8) Cash Alternative / Cash Settlement
To keep this legally safe and non-misleading, the cash option is framed as equal-value alternative, not as a “low sales fallback”.
8.1 Winner’s choice (recommended): The winner may choose either:
(a) the Property prize, or
(b) a cash alternative equal to the Stated Prize Value (Section 7.1), paid in accordance with Section 8.5.
8.2 If transfer becomes impracticable: If, for reasons beyond DreamDraw’s reasonable control, awarding the Property becomes legally or practically impracticable (e.g., title/legal defect discovered, legal restriction, force majeure affecting completion), DreamDraw will award the cash alternative instead.
8.3 No “sales threshold” downgrades: DreamDraw does not reduce the prize value due to low ticket sales. This is a key fairness and transparency principle for high-value prize promotions.
8.4 Cash settlement on request: If the winner requests a cash settlement, DreamDraw will honour it under 8.1 (unless prohibited by law or the winner fails verification).
8.5 Cash payment process: Cash alternative will be paid by bank transfer to an account in the verified winner’s name within [X] business days after completion of verification and acceptance.
9) What Costs Are Covered

-
ongoing running costs after completion (utilities, insurance, maintenance),

12.4 Until completion, the Property remains under DreamDraw’s control (or the relevant legal owner), and the winner has no right to occupy.
13) Publicity and Winner Announcement
13.1 For transparency, DreamDraw may publish limited winner information (e.g., first name + initial + country).
13.2 Any wider publicity (photos/video/interviews) requires the winner’s explicit written consent.
14) Cancellation, Amendments and Technical Issues
14.1 DreamDraw may cancel, suspend or amend the Draw only where necessary for legitimate reasons (e.g., legal compliance, serious technical error, fraud).
14.2 If the Draw is cancelled, DreamDraw will refund Paid Entries for this Draw (excluding any third-party fees where lawfully non-refundable, if applicable) unless otherwise required by law.
14.3 Any material change will be communicated clearly and transparently. (Consumer fairness matters.)
15) Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
