Vehicle Draw Terms
(Specific Draw Rules – Generic / applies to ALL vehicle prizes)

These Vehicle Draw Terms (“Vehicle Draw Rules”) apply to all DreamDraw prize draws where the prize is a motor vehicle (“Vehicle”), regardless of vehicle type, category or class.
These Vehicle Draw Rules must be read together with and are subject to:

the General Terms & Conditions, and
-
the applicable Prize Details page for the relevant Draw.
In the event of any conflict, the Prize Details and/or General Terms & Conditions shall prevail in that order.
1. Scope and Purpose
1.1 These Vehicle Draw Rules establish the general legal framework for all vehicle-based prize draws operated by DreamDraw.
1.2 They are intentionally vehicle-agnostic and do not describe any specific vehicle.
All vehicle-specific information (including make, model, specifications, condition, value and imagery) is published separately on the relevant Prize Details page.
1.3 These Rules apply equally to all categories of vehicles, including but not limited to sports cars and SUVs.
2. Legal Nature of Vehicle Draws
2.1 Vehicle Draws are operated as lawful prize draws or prize competitions, structured to comply with applicable UK law, including transparency, fairness and consumer protection requirements.
2.2 Where a Draw is operated as a prize draw based on chance, DreamDraw provides a genuine Free Entry Route that is legally compliant and treated equally to paid entry.
2.3 Nothing in these Vehicle Draw Rules constitutes gambling services, financial advice, or a guarantee of profit.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Participation is open only to individuals who:

are at least 18 years of age,
-
enter in their own name and for personal participation,
-
are legally permitted to participate under the laws of their country of residence.
3.2 Employees, agents, contractors of DreamDraw (and their household members) and any person directly involved in the operation of a Vehicle Draw are excluded from participation.
3.3 DreamDraw reserves the right to restrict participation from certain jurisdictions where vehicle prize draws are prohibited or impractical.
4. Entry Methods
4.1 Entry into a Vehicle Draw is possible via:

Paid Entry, and
-
a Free Entry Route, as described in the applicable Draw information.
4.2 Paid and Free Entries are treated equally, with the same chance of winning per valid entry.
4.3 Entry limits may apply per person, account or household and are stated on the Draw page.
5. Entry Validity
5.1 Only Entries that comply with:
-
these Vehicle Draw Rules,
-
the General Terms & Conditions, and
-
the applicable Prize Details
will be considered valid.
5.2 Incomplete, late, duplicate or non-compliant Entries are invalid.
5.3 DreamDraw’s systems and records are final in determining Entry validity, subject to fairness and applicable law.
6. Prize Description and Source
6.1 The prize is a motor vehicle, as described exclusively on the applicable Prize Details page.
6.2 Vehicle specifications, condition, valuation, imagery, and any included or excluded items are not part of these Vehicle Draw Rules and must be reviewed on the Prize Details page before entry.
6.3 Images displayed in connection with Vehicle Draws are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise on the Prize Details page.
7. Prize Value and Transparency
7.1 The stated prize value for each Vehicle Draw is defined on the applicable Prize Details page.
7.2 The stated value is provided for transparency and for determining any cash alternative where offered.
7.3 Vehicle market values may fluctuate; DreamDraw does not guarantee future resale value or market performance.
8. Cash Alternative / Cash Settlement
8.1 Subject to verification and where permitted by law, a cash alternative may be offered instead of the Vehicle prize.
8.2 The availability, amount and conditions of any cash alternative are stated exclusively on the Prize Details page.
8.3 DreamDraw does not reduce or substitute the prize based on ticket sales performance unless clearly and lawfully stated in advance.
8.4 If awarding the Vehicle becomes legally or practically impracticable for reasons beyond DreamDraw’s reasonable control, a cash alternative may be awarded where permitted.
9. Delivery, Registration, Taxes and Ongoing Costs
9.1 The delivery or handover method for the Vehicle is defined on the Prize Details page.
9.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
-
the winner is responsible for registration, licensing, insurance, taxes, duties and ongoing operating costs associated with the Vehicle,
-
DreamDraw does not provide insurance beyond delivery or handover.
9.3 Cross-border delivery may involve customs, import or local registration requirements, which are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Winner Selection and Verification
10.1 Winners are selected fairly from all valid Entries using the method described for the Draw.
10.2 Winners must complete identity, age and eligibility verification before any prize is awarded.
10.3 Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.
11. Winner Acceptance and Inability to Take the Prize
11.1 If a winner cannot lawfully register, insure or receive the Vehicle in their jurisdiction, DreamDraw may offer:

a cash alternative (if available), or
-
another legally compliant solution.
11.2 If no lawful solution is possible within a reasonable time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected, as a last resort.
12. Cancellation and Amendments
12.1 DreamDraw may cancel, suspend or amend a Vehicle Draw only where necessary for legitimate reasons, including legal compliance, fraud prevention or serious technical failure.
12.2 If a Vehicle Draw is cancelled, Paid Entries will be refunded in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
13. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification
13.1 Any attempt to manipulate a Vehicle Draw, use automated systems or circumvent entry limits may result in disqualification.
13.2 DreamDraw will act reasonably, proportionately and fairly when enforcing these Rules.
14. Data Protection
14.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with DreamDraw’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
14.2 Additional personal data may be required for winner verification and prize delivery.
15. Complaints
Complaints relating to a Vehicle Draw may be submitted to:

16. Governing Law
These Vehicle Draw Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
